Networking for Community Resilience

14.00 – 16.30 Tuesday 22nd November – The Greenhouse

A key message from the new handbook on community resilience from fieryspirits.com  is that ‘no community can go it alone’: that ‘break through’ community resilience may be possible as we take time to share learning across and between different communities, networks and organisations.

To this end, Cultivate invites networks and organisations engaged in building more resilient communities in Ireland to join a conversation with Nick Wilding  (Carnegie UK Trust and author, Exploring Community Resilience),  Davie Philip (Cultivate and resident of Cloughjordan Ecovillage)  Deborah Frieze  (Barkana Institute and co-author, Walk Out, Walk On), and Chris Chapman  (Change Exploratory), plus many others involved in community development, regeneration and sustainability.

This event is open to those who want to join a positive and purposeful conversation on how we navigate these times of rapid change.
